We do not need your card PIN, mobile-financial-service PIN or account OTP, and you should never send those credentials to us, a courier or a webchat agent.

You can update much of your profile and saved-address information through My Account. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, update or delete personal information, withdraw an optional consent, or stop marketing messages.
Some information cannot be deleted immediately where it is required for an active order, refund, security investigation, accounting record, legal obligation or the establishment or defence of a claim. We may verify your identity before acting on a privacy request.
CHILDREN
Our website is intended for customers able to make a purchase or use it with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission.
